It's intentionally a kind of crazy film. Not for everyone, for sure, but I really think time is going to be very, very kind to it in terms of how it is regarded critically.

This show is getting better and better--episode 3 was fantastic, and so multi-layered. I've always loved Jean Smart from Fargo and Legion, and she stole every scene she was in.

I'm lucky in that I had just finished catching up on all the old episodes when I saw S8E5, and Danny's arrogance and inclination towards fiery death and destruction as a first choice were all fresh in my mind, so her "heel turn" wasn't much of a surprise and seemed perfectly consistent.
